Poor nutrition can lead to a physical health problem which affects an individual well-being. Sometimes, mental health problem may also be associated with poor diet and physical health.
Often times, entrepreneurs put their health and sanity low on the list of priorities, while keeping investors happy, impressing clients and inspiring employees. God health is the most important indicator of success.
