If the Coronavirus taught us anything, it would be that, Life is unpredictable and we can fall on unprecedented times either due to an economic meltdown, recession, personal life swerve or even the global pandemic that is currently raging. It has stripped down lives, businesses, great nations. It destroyed plans and set goals; and it took everyone by surprise. Nobody would ever have thought up this nondiscriminatory virus would rock so many boats, upturned some and leave others to drown to the very bottom.

Money was essential to surviving the total lockdown prompted by the virus and only those who had saved up or invested some money were able to get through the doom dawn of the Coronavirus. Governments worldwide were doing all they could to give palliatives to her citizens, the United States of America is currently in debt because of the amount of money expended on its citizen through the furlough scheme. This shows that money is a very essential tool for survival and investing is one sure way to stay on track financially.

Just like the saying “IF YOU DO NOT PLAN FOR YOUR MONEY, IT WOULD PLAN FOR YOU”, Investing is a sure-fire way to plan for your money. It is more than putting money aside for tough times, investment has been referred to as harnessing the power of your money and putting it to work for you with the goal of getting returns or increased value over time.

  4. PROPERTIES INVESTMENT: Land is a tangible and finite resource that is easy to purchase. Land requires no maintenance and is less expensive to own for a long period of time. Land investments can produce high returns, passive income and large profit margin.
